* Cape Spring — An uninhabited area that is popular amongst locals as a urban get-away. The Cape is the only place where the Springwood Poppy grows.
* Crompton — An old crime ridden suburb in the middle of the city with rich history.
* Danbury — A new booming district based on Inglewood and Westchester.
* Docks — The main connection to the world for the city.
* Downtown — The epicenter of Springwood finance, full of towers.
* Evergreen — A high-wealth area with winding roads, based loosely on Beverly Hills.
* Everton — Mostly undeveloped, it has high taxes.
* Springwood Hills — Affluent suburb dominated by the infamous Springwood Sign.
* Kensington — South of Downtown, Kensington is home to the Markyguin Aquarium.
* Lyle — Affluent residential area.

* Riverbridge — Formally called New Buenos Aires, immigrants came from Buenos Aires, Argentina to escape from WWII.
* Riverside — A suburban area close to Palmdale.
* Santa Clara — A beach front district full of resorts and known for the Santa Clara Beach.
* Stanford — A large industrial/fishing area with a fish market and container harbor.
* Surfwood - A now abandoned formerly affulent suburb.
* Thursley - A suburb located north of Danbury near the Westhaven Mountains. The small suburb dosent have much going on other than Interstate 408 and residential and shops.
