Hange (閑憩市 Hange-shi) is the capital city of Buksa province, Namsa, and the third-largest city in the country. As of October 7, 2019, the city had 3,791,467 residents. The city was founded in 1709 by Qing general Zi Lai, starting out as a small fishing town. It is nicknamed the City of Silver (銀의 都, Eun ui Do) due to its historical connotation of being a city reserved for noblemen and wealthy settlers.
