Cabins
Premium Business Class
Premium Business class is available on all Malach Air aircraft and serves as the airline's economy class. It features a larger seat and greater recline as compared to standard economy classes, 2–3–2 configuration (989s) or a 2-2 configuration (270s). Entertainment is personal AVOD (Audio Video On Demand), while music is provided by radio. Business class passengers are given what is called the Business treatment in which they won't be disturbed unless they ask for an attendant. This is to quote "let them focus on their work" - Danya Chason
First Class
First is also offered on all Malach Air aircraft. There are fourteen private suites on each aircraft. Each First suite comes with a 6 ft 6 in (1.98 m) bed, a 15-inch (38 cm) wide entertainment screen, and in-seat power. First class passengers are offered amenities such as a fully working shower spa (long haul only), a mini bar, one to one flight attendants, and full privacy if needed.
Cabin crew
On April 18, 2018, a new uniform scheme called "High Sky" was unveiled. Malach Air opted to lose the golden uniforms which had been worn by flight atendants on their 989s to go with the model's livery. The new uniforms were all navy blue with white accents.

The Heaven's Gate Lounges are available to passengers holding a same day ticket on Air Canada in First Class, Higher tier members of the Guardian program, holders of a one time guest pass or economy passengers who have purchased lounge access during booking.
