Background
Article Seven of the Blechingian Constitution provides that the Deputy Prime Minister of Blechingia must be natural-born royal citizen of Blechingia, at least 25 years old, and residents of the Blechingia for a period of at least 14 years. Candidates for Deputy Prime Minister will just run under the Royalist Party.
