Hazaristan (Dari: هزارستان), officially the Republic of Hazaristan (Dari: جمهوری هزارستان, romanized: Jumhurii Tojikiston), is a landlocked country in Central and south Asia with a population of 5,537,645 people. Its capital and largest city is Bamyan. It is bordered by Afghanistan to the south and , Khorasan to the west, Uzbekistan to the north and Tajikistan to the east.
