The Cabinet of Ebrary consists of the heads of Ebrary's national executive ministerial departments, appointed by the president, with approval of the Senate. All members of the cabinet serve at the leisure of the president. The president may designate heads of other agencies and non-Senate-confirmed office-holders in the executive branch as Cabinet-level members of the Cabinet. The Sovereign Protector also holds the right to attend Cabinet meetings, although he is not considered a de jure member of the Cabinet.

Cabinet and cabinet-rank departments

Executive departments

Office of the Deputy President

The Deputy President is the second-highest officer in the Cabinet, serves at the leisure of the President, and is nominated by the President and approved by the Senate. The Office of the Deputy President includes the deputy president's advisors and staff. The duties of the Deputy President are largely up to the president, and typically include heading diplomatic delegations, an advisory role, and liaison to the Parliament. The Deputy President is first in line to the presidency in the event of the death or incapacitation of the president of Ebrary.

Ministry of Culture and Christian Affairs

The Ministry of Culture and Christian Affairs is a department of the Ebrarian government tasked with promoting, enforcing, and protecting Christian values and Ebrarian cultural values. The ministry has the power to restrict the publishing of works of art, cinema, television shows, books, magazines, etc, in order to achieve its goals. The ministry also has a large publishing arm which publishes books and other works which the ministry perceives as promoting these values. The Minister of Culture and Christian Affairs heads this department and is selected by the President and approved by the High Ecumenical Council.

Cabinet-level departments and agencies

High Protectorate Office

The High Protectorate Office is the department directly headed by the Sovereign Protector of Ebrary. The offices of the High Protectorate Office are primarily located at Castello Providence.

Secretariat of Women's Affairs

The Secretariat of Women's Affairs (Ebrarese: Secretariato de Affaires Feminin) is an independent agency whose head is appointed by the president of Ebrary and confirmed by the Senate. The Secretary of Women's Affairs is the only cabinet or cabinet-level office which is eligible to be headed by a woman, and by law is required to be headed by one. The Secretariat of Women's Affairs provides support to women and promotes the traditional gender roles of women. The main activities of the secretariat are administering women's counseling programs, hosting symposiums, and organizing support associations for widows.

Secretariat of Ethnic Affairs

The Secretariat of Ethnic Affairs (Ebrarese: Secretariato de Affaires Ethnic) is an independent agency of the Ebrarian government which administers cultural programs to foster cooperation between Ebrary's three major ethnic groups. The secretariat also promotes the use of the Gallasian language in Gallasia and the Vorstish language in Vorstland. The Secretariat previously also published official Vorstish and Gallasian dictionaries, but this duty was shifted to the administrations of the respective provinces.

Directorate of National Service

The Directorate of National Service (Ebrarese: Directorato de Servicio National) is an agency of the Ebrarian government which tracks, manages, and enforces the mandate for all male Ebrarians to undergo national service. The directorate must coordinate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Environment and Tourism, the Ministry of Defense, and multiple other governmental and non-governmental organizations to accomplish this task.

Ebrarian Monetary Authority

The Ebrarian Monetary Authority (Ebrarese: Autoritate Monetari Ebrarian), or "Le Autoritate", is the central bank of Ebrary. It is de jure a part of the Ministry of Finance, but is functionally an independent agency of the Ebrarian government with significant independence guaranteed by Ebrarian law. Le Autoritate mints coins, issues banknotes, and manages monetary policy in Ebrary, while also exercising a degree of regulatory power over banking institutions. The Governor of Le Autoritate is selected by the President, approved by the Minister of Finance, and approved by the Senate.
