AleziRadio Festival of Songs 1991 is the thirty-fourth edition of the annual AleziRadio Festival of Songs. The competition was held as usual in 16th of May 1991 by the authorities of Radio Araminhaes. This is the third time that Aramna hosted the competition after doing so previously in 1974 and 1982 after the victory of Khadijah with the song "Toulle Mand'a Qais Cha Qui S'apalais Unais Spriais Oubais".
The competition was won by .... representing ..... with the song ".....". This is the .... time that .... won the competition after previously winning in .... .
There were rumours that the AleziRadio Committee tried once again to invite other countries to the festival. However, this was proven false as the Chairman of AleziRadio which at the time was Muhammad Dawiryaza Ulhamaran denied the rumours saying that "AleziRadio is currently trying to emphasize the National Music industry, and thus won't invite other countries into the competition unless we say so." Another rumour is suggested that AleziRadio did not invite other countries to the competition due to the fact that AleziRadio was receiving funding cuts under Mukhlis Krasnaya Novogrody's government on his 1991 Yearly Budget. Just like the previous rumour, the Committee at AleziRadio denied the suggestion. However, they did confirm that "MKN's 1991 Budget really threw us into some problems that might affect ARFOS".
This year, Radio Araminhaes hosted the competition. Even with the funding cuts, the radio station hosted with positive acclaim, where most critics praised the production for "combining elegance with the modernism, just like what Alezia in 1991 should look like based on what Alezians have been hoping for in this era of newfound prosperity".
This year, Radio Araminhaes decided to host the competition once again in the capital of the region of Aramna which is Las Araminhaes. The city houses 2,192,833 as of 1991 (the city declined starting from 2000 to the present due to migration away to Zafizamarrah and other cities, where as of 2021 the population of the city is only 1,322,392) which at the time was the second biggest city in North Alezia behind Metropolitan Zafizamarrah. The city was and still is a popular destination for people who wanted to visit North Alezia's best beaches.
The competition was hosted in the Helena Glouennes Theatre, which can seat 2,770 people in the seating area. The theatre has its own Orchestra Pit and Presenting Area, thus not requiring the Preparation Committee to reduce seating. The competition's production team broke two national records. The first for being the production that "Used the most flashlights" and "Used the most laser pointing technology". The Theatre was built in 1933 by Madam Helena Glouennes, which at the time was Aramna's best Actress. The building itself was donated by Glouennes in order to "Raise the Quality of the Performing Arts in Aramna and (at the time) British Alezia".
This is also the first time that a song was sung in Japanese, where Mosin-Naganese singer Yuko Yamagata Asvargyan (Japanese-Alezian) represented the region with the song "私は西を向いています". The song earned positive acclaim due to its motivational lyrics where Alezians were motivated to look at the West (In this case, it means Japan due to the geographical position of Alezia) and take positive examples to develop their own country.
This year, the duo of Helen and Dovyn Razovnik decided to return representing Pyalivostok after previously winning for the region in 1984. Also, the year was also met with the return of Ben Sharoni (representing Tel Hadiv) and Euri Navilayeva (representing Pyalivostok), where the two singers earned 13th and 14th place respectively last year, which means that they also sung back to back accordingly to their placings last year.
