Osea is the largest city in Timeria. Located in the Ishaana region along the Jade Strait. Osea is also the oldest city in Timeria being founded in 770. Osea is culturally, financially, and politically significant within Timeria and the greater Albarine Region. Osea is home to one of the world largest harbors and is connected internationally through Jade International Airport.
Osea is home to many corporate headquarters and an hour flight from Mai, Timeria’s financial capital.

Osea was founded by the clans of the Merian Union of Southern Tiemria. It was used as a middle ground for clans to meet on neutral ground as fighting between clans was prohibited by the Union.

The focus of Osea's economy is international trade, home to the Port of Osea in which 25% of Timerian trade travels. Osea is also home to other industries such as entertainment, telecommunications, retail, and foodstuff. There are a number of Timerian companies with headquarters in Osea, some of the biggest being Timerian-Assana Oil, Synamatic Studios, and Seawolf Shipping.
Culture
The culture in Osea is highly diverse but the city has a distinct creative culture pushing it forward. The city has a lot of cultural significance and is home to many Timerian artists. Osea ranked number 1 in cities immigrants move to when relocated to Timeria. Many see Osea as a beacon of hope and liberty, a place where anyone can go, work hard and become successful. Osea is also home to the McKenzie Familia focused on providing a community and housing to those who can’t afford it. Famous Timerian Football League player Diego McKenzie grew up in the McKenzie Transitional Housing Project.
