    • Sue says that she started drag when she was 18 back in 1980. Many are shocked to hear that she has been in the business for 41 years!
    • Austyn Tica discusses being the drag daughter of Pauline Tica.
    • Maggie Magma talks about being born with eleven fingers.
    • Emma Nate mentions being the first transgender male drag queen to appear on The Real Queens.
    • Sarah Nader discusses being adopted by May Morial's family when she was 16. The two are really close friends. When asked about them dating, Sarah says that they are too close as family to consider that. May agrees.
    • Vivi Venus is way too confident with many queens feeling like her outfit is far too simple.
    • Kay's outfit is very chaotic but she chalks that up to her name and brand. May is worried but Kay reassures her that everything will be fine.

The two with the lowest scores this episode will be lip-syncing and one will be eliminated. Before the twist is over, there will be another bottom 2 lipsyncing.
