Before serving as Prime Minister, he was the governor of [[Harnes]] a seat he held from 2015 to 2019. He is a member of the [[Conservative Tinegard Party]]. Born in [[Harnes]], Trande attended [[Harnes University]] and graduated in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in political science. As governor of Harnes, Trande's policies and initiatives focused on raising the employment rate and lowering poverty.
