Mikelo is the capital and largest city of the Kaoroan state of Volkŝtat. It is also the 10th largest city nationwide.
Mikelo can be temporarily turned into Kaoro's de facto capital if it is too dangerous for the government to keep operating in Kaoro City, gaining such status in 1953 with the Situation Act along with Trefei.
