The Republican Court of Cassation (French: Cour républicaine de cassation, CRC) is the court of final instance of Ainin for appeals of all administrative and criminal cases. It shares its status of highest court of the land with the Supreme Court of Ainin, which handles civil and constitutional cases. Unlike the Supreme Court, the CRC is a court of cassation, meaning that it does not have the authority to review the facts of the case, only their interpretation.
