The Síðari is the national parliament of Pharexia. It is often informally referred to as the Pharexian Legislature or the Pharexian House of Delegates. The unicameral parliament has 500 members, and is elected every five years based on party-list proportional representation. Pharexia is split into 10 constituencies that each elects 50 members. Additionally, each party with more than 5% of the national vote is allocated seats based on its proportion of the national vote. The Síðari is said to be one of the most representative bodies in Veniyerri.
The Legislature meets regularly between January and November for regular session, but a special session can be called in order to complete unfinished business or to continue negotiations on the government's budget for the following year. Floor sessions are held in the House of Nobility in Brichard.
