The Corporations, being an international conglomerate eploying more than 2 million employees and having more than $20 trillion in revenue has a large and complex system of governance. Once a year, a Shareholder and Corporate Leadership meeting is held where shareholders can question the current leadership, appoint new officers, reveiw their preformances, and vote on new policies and appointments, acting as a sort of legislative meeting for the corporation. All other officer expet for the Founder/Majority owners are subject to their decisions including the Board of Directors. The President of the Corporation is the Highest executive position in the corporation, having all power over the corporation and its subsidiaries and the power to veto any and all policy and appointments. This ower is mostly based on how mnay shares the person holds with one of the founders being the current president. A President with no large share base has virtually no power and the majority owner of the corportion is usually the President or if not has the De Facto Corporate Presidential Power. The Board of Directors overveiws and reviws the Executive leadership and makes important policy for the coorporation with the Executive leadership reporting the the Board of Directors with the Board being subject to shareholder approval. The Board is Led by the Chairman and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. The Executive Leadership is made up of the Cheif Executive Officers and the Corporate Executive. They make major policy deciosns, lead the corporation, and make important executive decisions for the company being its leadership and directing its preformance and activities. The Executive Leadership is lead by the Cheif Executive Officer or CEO.
