FK Laistelai, Futbolo Klubas Laistelai, is a professional association football club based in the Eser city of Laistelai. The club competes annually in the Eser Super Lyga, the top level of professional football in Eserrei. The club has won the league championship 7 times and the Eser cup competition 6 times.
History
Futbolo Klubas Laistelai was founded as an amateur football club by the city workers in 1937 and competed in the Burzinai State Football League. After winning the state championship multiple times FK Laistelai was invited to join the first edition of the Eser Super Lyga in 1956, becoming a professional football club.
FK Laistelai's first match as a professional club was a preseason friendly against Olimpiada Hyast which was a 3-1 loss.
