Each region are to hold a separate preselection for their own region and select their five best songs and performers to represent their region in the national preselection. Voting methods in these regional preselections varies per region depending on the regional broadcaster's choices, where ABA gave the broadcasters freedom to select their own methods as long as the voting remained public and was seen by the audience. | |||

The second season of Operation : WorldVision would commence after the 105th edition of the Worldvision Song Contest was held. The competition will decide the next five Alezian entries in the Worldvision Song Contest from the 106st edition to the 110th edition until a new contract was decided whether to keep the competition or to change into another format decided by observing the five Alezian entries' performance in the Worldvision Song Contest.
