With some little exceptions, the climate in New Shorts is classified as humid subtropical (Cfa) with evenly distributed precipitation all year round. Winters are cool and drier than spring and summer. In Albany, the temperatures are cool during winter and warm to hot (due to humidity) during summer. July is the warmest month and December is the coolest.
