Mayen Deszez Mayenesy was a Lormotian politician who served as the Prime Minister of Lormotia from 1977 to 1985.

In the aftermath of the Nelborne Spring, Deszez spearheaded for the Council of Europe's mediation in the 1981 Alquiyan-Seketese crisis. Deszez was a signatory to the Treaty of Vlyade which established in Nelbec Council in 1982. For his efforts in the Alquiyan-Seketese peace process and the promotion of Nelborne integration, he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1984.
