Jean-Luc Lotulelei also known as Sudrajat Lotulelei (Kapulakan:ᮞᮥᮓᮁᮃᮏᮃᮒ᮪ ᮧᮒᮥᮜᮨᮜᮨᮄ) was a kapulakan teacher, orator, nationalist and satesman who served as the first native President of Kapulaka at the time called the Federation of the Corriveau-Islands. He played a significant role in the independence of Kapulaka, gaining attention as an anti-colonial speaker during the gaullican occupation and later as an important negotiator and lobbyist for kapulakan independence from Werania. While he was a popular leader during the colonial period in his time as president he quickly lost almost any support due to rampant corruption and nepotism in his government.
