The NAS has 45,000 Empolyees 41,000+ Miles of Trackage and is Headquartered in Seattle, Washington and is under the North American System Holding Company. The System was formed on March 22nd 1969 by a Merger of 6 Railroads with the Largest Portion coming from the Northern States Railroad.

The NAS Has 4 Transcontiential Mainlines providing Connections from Manitoba to Vancouver BC, St Paul to Seattle, St Louis to LA and Seattle Via Denver to Mexico City. The Railroad rosters over 4000 Locomotives across the Three countries and is North America's second Biggest Railroad behind BNSF Railway. The Corporation's Management and Railroad is lead by CEO Victoria K. Schmidt and President John E. Boylston.
