The ConCesBol Copa Cesylle 2024 qualifying tournament is a football tournament being played from November 2023 to May 2023 to determine the 7 ConCesBol men's national teams that will join the hosts Cosavia in the ConCesBol Copa Cesylle 2024 final tournament. The competition is competed in by 9 ConCesBol teams, with the draw for the qualifying group stage taking place in Nostalta on November 10, 2023.

Format

The format consists of two group stages, the first being between 3 groups of 3 teams each, playing home and away three times for a total of 6 games per group. The winners and runners-up will qualify directly to the final tournament.

Following the first group stage, the 3 lowest ranked teams will play each other home and away in a second group stage, whose winner will qualify for the final tournament.

Tiebreakers for Group Ranking

If two or more teams are equal on points in a group, the tie-breakers will be applied as follows:

  1. Higher number of points obtained in games played among the teams in question
  2. Higher goal difference
  3. More Goals Scored
  4. Higher goal difference in games played among the teams in question
  5. More goals scored in games played among the teams in question
  6. Fair play conduct in all group matches (1 point for a yellow card, 3 for a red due to two yellow cards, 4 for a direct red, 5 for a yellow followed by a red)
  7. Coin toss
