Victoria K. Schmidt (born c. 1990) is an American railroad executive. In January 2018, she became the first woman chief executive of a Class I railroad succeeding Henden K. Larson at NAS.

Victoria K. Schmidt graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Doctorate in Civil Engineering.
