The House of Zendejas is a cadet branch of the Arcadian Caesar family, descended from former Emperor, Remus Caesar Augustus (1688-1709), via his sixth son Sextus Claudius Caesar. Tanicia Voteporix was his fifth child and a daughter and received few Imperial honours and titles as a result. Her son, Nonus Voteporix Gaius, was a prominent military general in the Twenty Years War and the Kangsuan War, receiving a state funeral upon death. Alberto I was the first formal noble in the family, receiving the Viscountcy of Ipudorm in 1819. 8 years later in 1827, he received the Imperial Crown of Carinansia.
