The Internal Security Bureau (Russian: Бюро внутренней безопасности (BVB), romanized: Byuroh Vnutrenney Bezopastnost) is the main internal security agency for Arkava, founded in 1991 after the 1991 Arkavan Revolution and the fall of communism. As a direct successor of the preceding agency, the Party Office of State Security (ПYГб), it was attached to the Office of the Minister of Intelligence. The BVB carries out domestic surveillance, counter-intelligence and secret police functions.

The agency is a military service governed by army laws and regulations, in the same fashion as the Arkavan Army.
