Rafael Tokko (born August 26, 2036) is a Carinansian politician, engineer, and soldier, who is the incumbent president of Carinansia. A member of the Union Socialist Party, he previously served as the Governor of East Kanju, National Senator for East Kanju, and as the President of the South Oikoian Union. He is the first president of solely Kangsuan origin.
