Aurora Lane is a Normarkian indie pop band from Valmarstrand, Nyvanger, consisting of singer and guitarist Fiona Winter, percussionist and drummer Lise Hansdotter and pianist Viole Bjørgen. Fiona Winter is famous for winning the normarkian singing competition Golden Voice in 2015 which kickstarted a moderately big pop solo career in Nortua. Viole Bjørgen is on the other hand a prize winning pianist virtuoso who got to know Fiona after the latter's producer hired Viole to play piano on Fiona Winter's sophomore album Lady Spring. The trio was completed in 2019 when Lise Hansdatter was headhunted by Fiona's manager while she was playing drums for the backing band to the normarkian country singer Heidi Mo Lyng. The band's debut album An hymn to Queen Frost was a massive hit in Greater Normark and Nortua, with the hit single Tomorrow's Tears even finding some popularity globally.
