Yulia Reznikov (born January 7, 1945) is a Karpatskan politician, author, businesswoman and philanthroper who served as the 50th president of Vistulzka from 1996 to 2000. She is a member of the Chruściel-Orange Republican Party.

During her presidency, Reznikov dealt with a multitude of issues.

Reznikov was particularly remembered for her and her government's reaction to the Six-Day War and the lack of Vistulzka's response to an unjustifable incursion by West Ruthen into East Ruthen.
