Friederikesberg also nicknamed ''Kersten'' is is a culturally and historically significant city in Buchbach, as being it's capital it's noted with being the most important but not being the most populated with a number near 500,000. With the city being originally founded in 1745 by settling farmers moving up south from coast, as which discovered that it was dissected by a freshwater river and surrounded by saltwater springs and quickly became a popular spa town in which was rumoured to heal ailments upon hearing this the Landgravine Friederike commissioned a residence to be knowed as 'Slazbuch' and to be positioned near the salt springs so it could aid her knee pain, and as which the town was named after her giving it the royal approval, with this the city grew for hundreds of years and still is the seat of the royal family today.
Name
as stated the capital city was named after the landgravine after moving her residence to the salt springs to aid her knee pains, but as it is known the name Friederike is a very traditional name to be chosen for a girl in Buchish which means ''peaceful ruler''.
