José Barrios Méndez (born 1909) is a Granadine politician who has served as the President of La Granadina since 1966, having previously served as a Senator for Bolívar State from 1958 to 1966. A member of the centre-right Carismo faction of the Conservative Party, Barrios has been described as a moderate holding favourable views towards reconciliation with the Liberals.
