The MPLK is one of the major professional sports leagues in Makka Pakka, followed by ice hockey, volleyball and basketball. The MPLK season is preceded by a two-week preseason or the Premier in August, followed by the regular season which runs from early September to January. Following the conclusion of the regular season, the top 4 from each conference advance to the National Bowl.
