Lakssund is a city that lies on the western shores of the lake Kvammen and on both sides of the river Lakså in Greater normark. It has a population of 52,000 which makes it the 14th most populous city in Greater Normark. It was created in 1765 by Carl Frederik Wikmann when he built a castle in a little fishing and trading village with the same name.
