The Kárpát Civil War was a civil conflict fought between the government of Kárpátakia and the Communist Party of Kárpátakia (CPK).

The conflict began after a group of armed members of the CPK seized the central office of Neapolisz TV and broadcasted an open message of rebellion against the Kingdom. Several divisions of the Royal Kárpát Army defected to the Communists and pledged allegiance to the People's Militia and overran several neighbourhoods of Neapolisz without bloodshed.
