The Massaceunes (translations), officially known as the Free Commonwealth of the Massaceunes (translations) is a unitary state loated in the !Caribbean in Elia Borealis. It a archipelgo nation that shares a maritime border with Sampree, X, X and X. Despite its status as a unitary state, the country is divided up into 8 autonomous island districts known officially as counties with each enjoy extensive administrative powers. The capital is the planned settlement Oddmund City, while its capital is Port-of-Peace which hosts 60% of the country's population.
