Supreme Director

The Supreme Director is the name of the Head of State of The New United Socialist Random Empire. Anyone who holds the title has nearly absolute control over the SRE. The Supreme Director is a non-elected position.

To become the Supreme Director you must join the NUSRE Socialist Party, and have the majority of the party on your side. If the Supreme Director loses party popularity, retires, or dies, then the process of picking the Supreme Director starts all over again. The Supreme Director can appoint the Vice and Rear Director(s).

History

Supreme Director had become the title of the head of state of Random in 2199. Before then, there had been many different titles of the leader of the Empire. There has only been one Supreme Director in the History of the NUSRE, Vladimir Random.

Responsibilities

The Supreme Director is to protect the sovereignty of the NUSRE at all costs, guide the nation to prosperity, promote Socialism in and out of the Empire, protect its citizens, and control the military.

Powers

The Supreme Director controls the entire nation of the NUSRE. Here are the powers the Supreme Director has. (without going through the NUSRE Socialist Party or Grand Council.)

• They can appoint and fire anyone from any job (expect for NUSRE party members) for any reason.
• Order the Random military and law enforcement to move or do what he sees fit.
• Declare War on a nation.
• Change the budget of the NUSRE.
• Change the taxes.
• Change names of cities, provinces, locations, and small celestial bodies in Random space without permission.
• Change the nation’s national focus.
• Order the destruction of buildings.
• Move any civilam.
• Make a department start/end a program.
• Disband teams, groups, squadrons, platoons, brigades, or battalions.
• Disband any small civilian groups.
