The Commonwealth of Pavlostani is a democratic state based in the New Pavlostani system. Initially a collection of nation-states called the Emergency Pavlostani Coalition, the Commonwealth of Pavlostani was established in a popular referendum after the end of the Stellar Plague Crisis. They control 9 systems in the Núlne Galaxy.
The Pavlostani evolved on the world of Pavlostani. After the arrival of the Stellar Plague, the Pavlostani left their irradiated and ecologically devastated homeworld to a nearby system, which they called New Pavlostani. Initially living in orbital habitats, the Pavlostani constructed a ringworld around the star. At present, only a small portion of the ringworld is inhabited, but New Pavlostani is the most populous settlement in the Commonwealth.
A highly developed country, the Commonwealth of Pavlostani boasts high civilian productivity in virtually all sectors. Most industries are nationalized due to the massive influence wielded by the state. Productivity is boosted by nationalist ethics held by most Pavlostani who are eager to serve their state, as well as socially advance.
