The Confederate Empire of Phoenicia strives to democratically connect with other nations. Believing that open dialogue and diplomacy is the key to peace in the world.
While the Confederate Empire of West Phoenicia is a member of the World Assembly it often finds itself at odds with the corruption, petty squabbles and red tape that restricts the World Assembly from actually assisting the world body.
