Stanley McCarty (July 19, 1926 – September 24, 2019) was an Arabinian politician who served as the 21st President of Arabi, 22nd Vice President of Arabi, and Senator from Windsor.

McCarty is the first and so far only black Arabinian to be president. As of September 24, 2019, McCarty is the longest lived president at 93 years, 67 days.
