The Jedorian Federal Naval Forces are the sea-based component of the Jedorian Federal Forces, tasked with maritime defense of Jedorian territory. Never a historical naval power, the Federal Naval Forces have seen less comprehensive modernization efforts than the other branches of the Federal Forces. The 2016 Federal Forces report outlined the role of the Federal Naval Forces as "littoral defense and enforcement of Jedoria's Economic Exclusion Zone and Maritime interests". The Federal Naval Forces operate 24 frigates and corvettes, 7 diesel-electric submarines, and 154 patrol boats, minesweepers, and auxiliary vessels.
