Tarsas is know to possess significant ICBM stocks, as well as large numbers of air based strike capability. Submarine launched SLBM capability came with the VS class in the 1970s. Strategic High Command, the Tarsan nuclear command, had a strike plan capable of deploying massive numbers of weapons quickly.
