It all started a week before , when after a meeting by the National and People's Congress Council , the Coucni member Yereyav Strvia , aged 34 was walking home to his apartment in Arkib Town , Adminstrative Krauka of Artvin. He didnt know he was being followed by an Iraqi Spy. When he reached his room the Iraqi Spy kicked him in and close the door behind.
