The Unitary People's Republic of Seytaria, commonly known as the Republic of Seytaria or Seytaria, is a sovereign country located in Western Meterra. It shares a single land border with the nation of Vivanco. Otherwise, Seytaria borders the Sea of Ember to the west with the Meterran Sea to its east. The country is compromised of nine states, one capital district, and a single free city which span a combined 185,730 sq mi (481,030 km2) and a total population of 88,852,113 (as of November 2021). Seytaria is a unitary parliamentary constitutional merchant republic with its capital located in Seytantium, the country's largest city and main commercial centre; this, while (insert city) is the cultural and religious haven. Other notable cities include (insert cities).

The earliest traces of life in Seytaria go back to 1.2 million years ago and Mintorian colonization began in the 17th century. Mintorian colonization encompassed most of geographical western Meterra including Seytaria's present-day borders. Numerous disputes, majorly religious ones, combined with sabotaging of communication eviscerated the relationship between Mintoria and its colony. The Revolutionary War or Great War for Independence lasted between 1802 and 1816, which ultimately resulted in the colony's independence.

Once the dust settled, Seytaria was a confederation of hundreds of principalities and free cities. These independencies assimilated into one of two unions, either headed by the councils of Seytantium or the self-proclaimed king-priest of (insert city). The cultural divisions and subsequent tensions provoked a three year long civil conflict, which declared Seytantium as the victor and the first capital of the newly established Republic.

The first and only republic of Seytaria was to be ruled by a high class of merchant federalists who sought to reform the country to promote freedom above equality. The first Seytarrian stock exchanges opened up in 1850, many consider this the birth of the plutocracy.

The last Amendment to the Constitution was made in 1959.

Seytaria retains a status as a global centre for science, technology and philosophy. It lays claim to the world's largest number of Qaibuci, with 37 million active members of the church of (insert city) in 2020. Seytaria is a developed country with the world's ninth-largest economy by nominal GDP, and the eleventh-largest by PPP, which helps raise the country's GDP (per capita) to a wealthy $60,336. This, in conjunction with private military endeavors and corporate handling of research and development abroad makes Seytaria a leading force in politics, science, and culture around the world.
