The Agrarian Socialist Party (Abbreviated as ASP) is an agrarian socialist and trade unionist political party and organization operating within Copperhead. Originally founded as a marriage between the Mine Workers of Copperhead trade union and the Coalition for Fair Farming organization the ASP's predecessor the Farmer's and Miner's Party was founded in 1906 under the government of the previously existing Alleghenie Confederacy. Outlawed by the Alleghenie Confederacy in 1909 for sedition and revolutionary activity, the FMP's paramilitary branch formed the fighting core of the Free Copperhead Forces during the [Insert War].

Following the independence of Copperhead in 1926, the FMP was legalized in 1927 and formed the leading government in the 1st Assembly of Copperhead. Following the end of the Omandan Continental War the FMP decided to rebrand in 1998 in an active attempt to reclaim the socialist label from the Order of Soviet Socialist Republics. Since then the ASP has been a leading member of the New Left Coalition, holding membership in a governing coalition from 2000-2005, 2010-2015, 2015-2020 and recently securing electoral victory as the leading party in the New Left Coalition in the 2020 Copperhead elections.

As of December 2020, the ASP is the largest political party in Copperhead with a total of [Insert] registered members. The ASP operators a student wing known as the Future Farmers of Tomorrow and a youth organization known as Young Farmers. The ASP's women wing is known as the Homesteaders and the paramilitary organization associated with the ASP is known as the Forest Rangers.
