The NRP was founded by the country's second president, Jeroen ten Beeke, and was banned after the socialist revolution in Hevatia. While initially a big tent conservative and pro-business party, the NRP became dominated by white supremacist and Mogevian fundamentalist factions from the 1900s onward.
