Landolagoj Ĉ.R., formally the Landolagoj Capital Region (Esperanto: Landolagoj Ĉefurba Regiono), is the most populous of the 11 regions of Landolagoj.

Landolagoj Ĉ.R. is both at national and regional politics a left-wing stronghold. Between 1938 and 1972 the social democratic SLP was the largest party in the region. In the 1972 general election the Communist Party became the largest political party in the region.
