Pierre Fitzkennedy Monroe is a Delemarian Politician, and was President of Delamaria from December 2016 to November 2020, upon his death in the November 22nd Attacks. Monroe was Vice President under President Herbert Walker-Busch from 2008 to 2016, and Governor of Radnor from 1996 to 2008.
