It sits around 700 meters above sea level on top of the Sakuresh plateau, north of the Surivet canyon region of the [[Obul river|upper Obul]]. It is a major tourist destination, receiving roughly 1.6 million tourists a year making it the most visited city in Charnea by a wide margin. Agnannet has a population of 7.7 million, more than five times the population of thre resit of the [[Ninva]] desert combined, making it Charnea's largest city as it narrowly beats out the city of [[Koros]] in the country's more hospitable south.
