Stephen Carcan is a Delamarian politician and lawyer, who has served as a Senator from Bayland since 2008. He is most widely known for being the Liberal Party nominee for President in the 2016 Delamarian Presidential Election. He is a member of the Carcan family, which is an influential force in Liberal politics, and is the son of Bayland governor and one time presidential candidate, William Carcan.
