The Rokthing (Swedish: Rokthingi; Hverlandic: Bergþingi ) is the national governing body of Hverland. It meets in the Björnsson Building located in central Östsjö.

The Rokthing is unicameral, being composed of a 41-seat assembly. Members are elected via a nationwide party-list proportional system. Elections are held every four years, with the last election being held in 2018.

The Rokthing meets regularly between January and September for regular session, but a special session can be called in order to complete unfinished business or to continue negotiations on the government's budget for the following year.

There are currently six parties plus two independents represented in the Rokthing.
