Bradley Hartley (January 18, 1906 – April 26, 1975) was an Arabinian politician who served as the 19th President of Arabi, 20th Vice President of Arabi, and Governor of Terranova.
Hartley is the only vice president to serve under two presidents. He is also served the longest term than any other president at 8 years, 3 months, and 7 days.
