The Adelija-class coastal battleships were a class of Coastal defense ships built by the Confederation of Kolodoria in the early 20th Century. A total of four were built from 1902-1906; the CS Drosme, Stingrība, Majestātisks, and Mērnieks.
Although labeled as "battleships" the Adelija-class were designed for littoral defense and were not true blue-water battleships. Though heavily armed and armored relative to their size, their primary role was limited to patrolling the coastal waters of Kolodoria and the Luminovian Sea. Because Kolodoria lacked the expertise and manufacturing capability to build larger warships, the coastal battleship effectively served as the "heavy warships" of the Kolodorian Navy. Originally slated to be scrapped in the late 1930s, the outbreak of the Northern War saw them pressed back into service outside their intended role. The Stingrība and the Mērnieks were both lost during the war, and the Majestātisks was scrapped in 1948. The Drosme remained in service as a troop ship and later a training ship before it was officially decommissioned by the Kolodorian Naval Forces following the Kolodorian Revolution in 1954.
